• 2 guests per resident are allowed each day. Guest passes can be purchased in the leasing office for $20.

The Club Room is the perfect place for entertaining. It comes equipped with a 45" flatscreen tv mounted above a stone fireplace, a full kitchenette, which includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. All overlooking the pool area.

Want to plan a movie night for a group of friends? No problem. The 45" flatscreen can play any DVD of your choice!

Rent the Club Room for 5 hours for only $250 (with a $500 refundable deposit). To book it, call the leasing office, 973-989-4005, prompt 1
