Policies & Procedures

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to The Boulders at Rockaway. We hope that your stay with us will be a most pleasant and enjoyable one.

Complaints:

Complaints are submitted to Richard Gerbino, the Resident Manager, via phone, in person or by email.

Garbage & Recycling:

Newspaper:
All newspapers, magazines, books and periodicals must be tied and placed in the proper bin. Please do not leave them in plastic bags.

Cardboard:
Flatten & tie with twine. Each bundle must be 25lbs or less. No cereal boxes, paper bags, dirty pizza boxes, milk or juice cartons, beer or beverage holders.

Glass, Bottles & Jars:
Rinse. Labels are ok.

Plastic Containers:
Colors may be mixed. Remove caps, rinse and flatten.

Aluminum, Tin & Steel Cans:
Rinse & remove labels.

Moving:
  • Move-in/out times are between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday - Saturday.
  • You must advise and schedule move in/out with the Resident Manager.
Pets:

We are cat friendly. (please see office for details).

Rent Payment:
  • Please make payments payable to "Hekemian & Co., Inc FREIT Rent Account"
  • Rent is due the 1st of the month.
  • There is a $50 late fee if rent is not received by the 5th of the month.

    Mail all rent payments with your rent receipt in supplied envelope to:
